ST-K222F Ku-Band Monoblock Twin LNBF - Dual-Satellite, 2 Outputs for One Dish

01 Product Overview

For users who need to receive programs from two adjacent satellites while connecting two independent receivers, traditional solutions require two dishes plus two LNBs, or complex switching systems – high cost and large space occupation. The Ku-Band Monoblock Twin LNBF ST-K222F is exactly the solution.

This product integrates two independent LNBs into a single housing, allowing reception from two satellites with 4°~6° orbital spacing using just one dish, while providing 2 independent F-type output ports for simultaneous connection to two satellite receivers. Built-in DiSEqC switching enables seamless switching between satellites. It supports full Ku-band coverage (10.7~12.75GHz) with automatic low/high band switching via 22KHz signal.

Key Advantages:

  • One Dish, Two Satellites – Dual-LNB integrated design – one dish receives two satellites
  • Twin Independent Outputs – 2 F-type ports – connects to 2 receivers simultaneously
  • Wide Spacing Compatibility – Supports 4°~6° satellite spacing
  • Full Ku-Band Coverage – 10.7~12.75GHz with automatic low/high band switching

08 FAQ

Q: How many receivers can the ST-K222F connect to?

A: 2 receivers. The ST-K222F features 2 independent F-type output ports, allowing simultaneous connection to 2 satellite receivers. Both receivers can independently select satellite, polarization, and band – no interference.

Q: Can two receivers watch programs from different satellites simultaneously?

A: Yes. Each output port works independently. One receiver can select Satellite A while the other selects Satellite B – watching different satellite programs at the same time.

Q: What is a Monoblock LNBF?

A: This design consists of two independent LNBs in a single housing and allows a user the potential of receiving the signal from two different satellites which are at slightly different orbital positions from a single dish installation. The switching between the satellites is achieved via the use of DiSEqC signals. Monoblock LNB's are available mostly for satellites with a fixed 2°/3°/4.3° or 6° spacing and the range covers Ku band Monoblock switch single, twin and quad outputs. For example where a 2° Monoblock LNB could be used is for the reception of 5°W and 7° W or with 3° distance for the reception of 13° E and 16° E.

Q: Does installation require special setup?

A: The installation process is similar to standard LNBs, but requires aiming the dish at the midpoint between the two satellites. The receiver must support DiSEqC 1.0 or above for satellite switching.

Q: Will signals from two satellites interfere with each other when using one dish?

A: No. The two LNBs are physically oriented toward different satellites with built-in isolation ≥20dB, ensuring no signal interference between the two paths.

Q: What is the operating temperature range?

A: -30℃ to +60℃ – suitable for most climate conditions.
